The Bleuer Group is a private, family-run streaming platform that gives authorized members access to a curated library of movies, TV shows, and 95+ live TV channels. It is designed exclusively for Bleuer family members to enjoy premium entertainment in a safe, ad-free environment.

To sign up, enter your email address on the home page and click 'Get Started'. You will be guided through the registration process. Please note that access is limited to authorized Bleuer family members only. If you believe you should have access, contact us at Support@bleuer.org.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Settings page. Navigate to 'Settings' > 'Subscription' and click 'Cancel Plan'. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period. There are no cancellation fees.

Bleuer works on a wide range of devices including smartphones (iOS and Android), tablets, desktop browsers, smart TVs, and streaming sticks. You can watch from any device with a modern web browser and a stable internet connection.

Yes. The platform is designed with families in mind. Content is curated to be appropriate for family viewing. Parental guidance is still recommended for younger children when watching certain titles. We are continually improving our content filtering and parental control features.

Yes, you can upgrade or change your plan at any time from your Account Settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you will only be charged the difference for the remaining period.

Buffering is usually caused by a slow or unstable internet connection. We recommend a minimum of 5 Mbps for HD streaming and 25 Mbps for 4K. Try closing other tabs or apps using bandwidth, restarting your router, or switching to a wired connection. You can also lower the video quality in the player settings.

On the Sign In page, click 'Forgot Password?' and enter your registered email address. You will receive a password reset link within a few minutes. If you do not see it, check your spam or junk folder. The reset link expires after 24 hours.

Bleuer gives you access to 95+ live TV channels covering news, sports, entertainment, kids' programming, and more. The full channel lineup is available once you are signed in under the 'Live TV' section. Channel availability may vary depending on your subscription plan.

Purpose of the Site The Bleuer Group website (the “Site”) is a private, invitation-only streaming platform operated solely for personal, family viewing and archival purposes. It enables members of the Bleuer family and their authorized household members to stream, access, and preserve audiovisual works they lawfully own (e.g., DVDs, Blu-rays, or digital copies purchased by the family). The Site is maintained as a technological equivalent of a private home media server, designed to safeguard against loss or degradation of original media. It is not a public streaming service, does not distribute or sell content, and operates strictly for private use within the family circle. 2. Access and Subscription Access to the Site is restricted to verified family members and invited participants with user accounts. A minimal subscription fee (USD $1 per month / USD $11 per year) is collected solely to cover hosting, hardware, and bandwidth costs. These fees do not constitute payment for access to copyrighted works and do not create any commercial relationship or license. All accounts are personal; sharing login credentials or redistributing content is strictly prohibited. 3. Ownership of Materials All films, television programs, and other media available through the Site are lawfully acquired and owned by members of the Bleuer family. No unauthorized copies are created, and no content is made available beyond the private family group. The Site’s operators believe that maintaining digital backup copies for private, household viewing is a lawful use under: 17 U.S.C. § 107 (Fair Use) and § 106 for private performance exemptions in the United States; and Directive 2001/29/EC and Directive (EU) 2019/790, which permit private copying and family-circle use within the European Union (including France). Access is limited to the same family members who could lawfully view the media in their home. 4. Non-Commercial Nature The Site is operated entirely without profit. No advertisements, product sales, or monetized streaming occur. The nominal subscription fee supports only server maintenance, security, and data preservation. 5. Notice of Claimed Infringement & Takedown Requests (U.S. DMCA / EU Notice Procedure) Although the Site is private, The Bleuer Group respects the rights of copyright owners. If you believe that any material hosted here infringes your rights, please send a notice including: 1. an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or other intellectual property interest; 2. description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed; 3. a description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the SITE (preferably including specific urls associated with the material); 4. your address, telephone number, and email address; 5. a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and, 6. a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your Notice is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or authorized to act on the copyright or intellectual property owner's behalf.
